Dr. Lassi A. Liikkanen has spent the last decade studying what separates a Finnish sauna from a hot room. He is a designer, an adjunct professor at Aalto University in Finland, and the author of Secrets of Finnish Sauna Design and Finnish Sauna: Steam, Wood, Stone & How to Build Your Own. He has published more than 80 peer-reviewed papers, writes Saunologia.fi, and has consulted on over a hundred sauna builds worldwide.

Meet-and-greet. Questions on heat, stones, ventilation, design, and Finnish sauna culture.
Löyly session. Water on hot stones, done the Finnish way.
Sauna and cold plunge both available.
